This offering is of a Louisville Slugger C243 bat, autographed and personalized by baseball Hall-of-Famer Kirby Puckett The bat is hand-signed in black felt-tip and inscribed, "To Michael, your buddy Kirby Puckett #34." Puckett played his entire 12-year Major League career as a center fielder for the Minnesota Twins. He remains the Twins' all-time leader in career hits, runs, and total bases. He was a ten-time All-Star and wond both the Golden Glove and Silver Slugger awards six times. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001 on the first ballot.

John Hirschbeck is a former umpire for Major League Baseball. He worked in the American League from 1984 to 1999 and worked in both leagues from 2000 to 2016. He was a crew chief at the time of his retirement and wore uniform number 17 throughout his career. In 2000, Hirschbeck was elected as the first president of the newly certified World Umpires Association, a position he held until 2009.
